Limited Warranty Policy
At Nixir, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. Every piece is covered by a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.
What Is Covered
During the warranty period, We will repair or replace, at its discretion, any item found to have a manufacturing defect, including:
- Defective clasps, chains, or closures
- Faulty stone settings due to manufacturing issues
- Structural defects in workmanship
- Material defects under normal wear and use
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents, discoloration, or tarnishing caused by use
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper care
- Loss or theft of jewelry or stones
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, lotions, water exposure, or excessive force
- Repairs or modifications performed by a third party
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, customers must:
- Contact us within the 6-month warranty period.
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Submit photos or return the item for inspection if requested.
Upon approval, We will repair or replace the item with the same or a comparable product at no charge for the covered defect.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item to us. We will cover the return shipping costs for approved warranty claims.
Limitation
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Returns policy
We will gladly return/exchange items within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You don't necessarily need to have the original packaging. Please email us at info@nixir.ca to initiate the process.
How can I get an item repaired
We want you to enjoy your Nixir designs for years to come. Should your piece ever need servicing, you can entrust our specialists with repairing it to preserve its beauty and longevity. To begin, send us an email at info@nixir.ca, then mail your item directly to us.
Upon receipt, our jewelers will evaluate the item. The evaluation may take up to 4 days, after which we will contact you to discuss any service fees. We take into consideration “time owned” as well as “condition received” when evaluating a piece.
Should you request an exchange or need repair service for an online order, we can accommodate shipping to and from the country where we delivered your order. If you need service from an international location, Customer Care will work with you to find a solution. Shipping charges and applicable duties and taxes will be your responsibility.

How do I track my order?
You will automatically receive an e-mail and sms notification with the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices are listed in USD.
What can I do if I make a mistake with my order?
Orders are usually processed the next business day. If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at info@nixir.ca with your order number in the subject line and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery options are DHL Express and UPS Worldwide.When will i know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.
What if i haven't received my package?
Please check all external locked mailboxes.
Contact your local post office to see if they have it held for you (always provide your tracking number to them) If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at info@nixir.ca with your order number in the subject field.
I have received the wrong item what should i do?
